z58 Clickie Question

Hey Guy,
Questions. I bought a Z58 clickie to stick on my M2 and it's making a wierd noise. When i click it into the on position and shake the light, it sounds like a baby rattle. When i click it off and shake it I don't hear it. I know you're probably asking why I'm shaking a flashlight. I don't know how to answer you. I'm anal. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it? Do you think they'd swap me for a different one?

Hi, I have 2 of those...and mine don't make noise either way. Doesn't sound right to me... Best thing to do would be either call surefire and explain it to them or to call your dealer. :- )

Both of my Z57's do the same thing. They still work perfectly.

It's normal, nothing to worry about. Some rattle and some dont. It has to do with the amount of lube on one of the springs.
