Hello Guys !
First post here .....and I would like to know if you guys could help me find
a flashlight white LED and UV ??? I would like something small from a good
brand. I was looking for INOVA with UV but it doesn'y have the white LED.
Also I would like to have a switch on the side to turn on and off the led's.
Please let me know what is out there...
Thank you,
M.TEX

Can you take an Inova UV, pop out one of the UV LEDs and replace it with a 36,000 mcd white one? I think that'll serve you better than anything I've seen off the shelf.

hello !
Thank you for your replay ! well that will be a good idea if I can control the LED'... I would like o turn the white and UV ( 0n/off ) and NOT use both at
the same time. I know there are some flashlights from Japan that have :
Laser , Uv and they are controled with a switch. maybe I can replace the
laser..... ( maybe ...) so far at Ebay I couldn't find the right on...
Thanks,
M.Tex

If your up to replacing some leds with U.V. leds then perhaps this tri-mode 29 led model would be the answer. You could swap out the centre group of white leds for the red ones to give you a "night vision preservation" setting. The middle ring of 10 could be your U.V. setting, while the outer ring of 16 could be full of easy to find bright white leds.

The Coast Cutlery Dual UV/White LED light might be the answer for you here. It's listed at $35 today and allows you to switch between the central UV LED light and the several white LEDs.

Also, the traditional (="not very cool and kinda klunky") possibility might be this handheld 4 watt UV lamp with a standard white-ish flashlight bulb on the end besides the UV-producing tube.

If you want a bit more UV power and Nichia white LEDs, check out our Automotive Edition -- 40 LEDs, 20 white and 20 UV, available in a couple of wavelengths :)

What about the strealmlight twin task?

I think they have one with a luxeon w/reflector, and click the button again to go to 390nm UV, and once more to go 375nm.
