Need quality charger for rCR2 cells

I'm expecting a JIL next month and am looking for a quality charger for rCR2 batteries....any suggestions? Any comments on the JIL? Many thanks!

Consider a Nano charger for a R123 battery, and insert 5 pennies with the RCR2 as a spacer. Inexpensive. Works well. Most folks use this as far as I can tell. A search here at CPF will turn up a vendor if you are interested.
