Saw the Eddie Bauer offerings in the camping section at Target over the weekend. Looked kinda cool, they are all silver around the size of the Inova T2 and have 6 white multi LED's and on red in the middle. As I recall the settings were half all white power, full all white power, only red and all at once, I think it was around $10 bucks or so.

Yep that's them. I thought they were cheaper though on the rack, I admit I did not look real hard though.

Those are LedLensers made by the German company Zweibrueder and rebranded afterwards.
While they are rather well machined and pleasing to the eye they do have some problems or shortcomings that make them difficult to tolerate for the "true" flashaholic :D as opposed to the nromal user:
- almost none are watertight (the 2 models pictured aren't)
- almost none are regulated, and if they are, the regulation could be better
- they don't sport a protective lens in front of the optics
- most use strange batteries not widely available.

In short ... there's better out there. They aren't terrible and have some nice features like gold contacts etc. .. but still ... for a serious user they can be forgotten.
