CD ripping program?

I need a recommendation for a CD ripping program (free or shareware) that can normalize the different MP3 files. I have too many instances where songs from one CD sounds louder than another. Normalizing would take more time, but at least I won't blast my ears off.

Audiograbber does it. It's free now. You also might try to find an MP3 codec to get all the compression options; some are offered on Audiograbber's homepage.

I use MP3Gain to normalize my MP3's. It's not a CD ripper though but the results are great. :)

I'm all about CDex... Been using it for several years and have never had an issue.
