Help! I don't trust myself.

Hello, I am rather new to building lights and don't trust myself with the expensive stuff "yet".

I would like someone to build me a Aelph LE. I want to use a W bin luxV running on a downboy 750. I have some W bin LED's and can get the rest of the parts for the LE if the builder doesn't already have.

The LE is giong in a Aelph3 on a Vital Gear FB3 body running on (2) 17500 batteries (7.4-8.4v). I want as much light as possible, sacrificing run time. the light will be used as my primary duty light as a Police Officer. Presently I use a SF L5 and love it. If the new light is bright enough I plan to retire the L5 to a secondary light.
