Pelican Recoil 2410 vs Streamlight 4AA ProPolymer Luxeon LED

Recoil 2410 compare to 4AA ProPolymer Luxeon LED.
Any advice and information.

I looked into this,
but then saw how much lower the Lux rating is on the Recoil. (look on www.flashlightreviews.com)
And its all spot, so the SL must be much brighter.

The Recoils cant get rid of the heat properly with that rear firing design.

Go with the SL 4AA ;)

I have both. I took them to test during camping a few months ago. Luxeon 4aa Propolymer is a lot better for me : brighter, whiter, better throw, better side spill, smaller size, more easier to operate, regulated. I am a fan of Pelican but do not understand why they design Pelican Recoil 4 aa like that. Probably for diving . The beam looks similar to this :
