I did some searching and think I have found the coveted snow LEDs.
While these are not called snow LEDs, they do mention being very white and have been compared to Nichia LEDs.
I noticed that the iso3664 was mentioned in a document and ended up finding this company which has an LED called the TG true-white hi.
All the information seems to match these LEDs.
