Looking for a 20mW or greater 635nm and 473nm Laser diode

There is no directly-injected 473nm laser diode available that I know of; you'd have to go with a DPSS module (like the type used for 532nm green lasers) to obtain that wavelength in any power.
Nichia does make a 440nm royal blue directly-injected laser diode, but at last check, they were still several thousand US dollars apiece
