From left to right
No idea, looks like an HDS, or maybe a Fenix sawed off (Haha), something around that from my experance, some new user produced light (Saw a 3D CAD thing of it somewhere), Indium, Gatlight

Defintately an HDS tailcap, with the two by CR123 cell pack. I'd never seen the turbo head on one before, but hey, why not?
No, I don't think the two CR123 pack is for sale, but I'm pretty sure someone had one for evaluation (TIN?)
