Has anyone made a flashlight out of a star trek Phaser toy or made a mod that looks like a phaser?
I ask because I really have no capability to do the modding but I'd LOVE to have a 5 watt luxeon built into an old style phaser toy (with the option of turning a sound effect on/off.
Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking of those old "playmates" toys but not too sure how one would heatsink it and so forth.
