These need to be just like the b2eze and modamag versions for stars.
(I'm almost out of those now.)
These need to be nearly pure aluminum stock, not aluminum alloy.
The center donut hole needs to be bigger at around 8-10mm, not just 5.
But just blank disks that are already beveled at the bottom to get past that little lip at the bottom of the inside of the head.
Just so that it will in fact make touchdown on the bottom landing inside the head as well as the sides.
I have had to use a dremel to bevel these sinks so far.
Proper, tight fit of the sinks is what allowed me to go guts out to make that MiniMonsterQuad in another thread. :)
I want to make more.
Others probably would like to have a go at that too.
I wouldn't be your only customer I don't think. ;)

Why don't use the PTS-C sold at the Sandwich Shop? At least for the meantime.
I'm in the process of producing the rev.2 in the near future, but that is still months from delivery.

I'm gunning for 4 stars instead of 3. :)

Ah my bad! All you need is just a piece of aluminum (correct height) and a hole in the center right?

If so PM me the quantity you need and I'll see what I can do.

I typically preferred self centering. I made some the the PQS-C (for star) prototype in the past but I was unhappy with it cause the user have to file down their stars before usage.

If you have to do that, it's easier and better if you just use the emitter with the self centering mechanism of the PQS-C (emitter). It have one less thermal junction, which means better heat transfer to the outside.
