brightness question ISP vs 35K

I dont know if this has been addressed before, if it is, sorry. I currentally have an EDC with a self cut down 35kmcd LED running at about 25mA. I just checked Craig's site on the ISP 100mA LED's and they were measured at about 30kmcd. I am not sure of the respective angles. My question is this. If I compare my cut down (JRLED) running at about 25mA to a cut down ISP (MJLED) running at 100mA, Will there be a noticable brightness difference? My current setup is a 14500 Li-ION with a 18ohm'ed spacer. If the ISP is BRIGHTER and can be able to run direct off a 14500, I might try to get my 2xAA cut down to a 1xAA MM.
