JIL with momentary clicky

I just received a JIL 1.3 UP and man, do I love it. Generally, I prefer a light with a clicky, but like my Peak Caribbean, the JIL lights twist to turn on the light.

Yet, in use, I've noticed that it works perfectly as if it already had a momentary clicky feature. I simply twist until the light turns off. Then, when I press the bottom with my thumb, it easily turns on and off as needed, no twisting required.

I had seen that others here at CPF have tried this technique with the Peak lights, and I have too. But I must say, that you have to push really hard, somewhat unnaturally, to get to do this with other lights. Since it takes a very hard push of the thumb, it's not something you'd want to do very often.

With the JIL, it's almost as if it was made to work this way. Simple, easy and very useful. The JIL's tiny size suddenly makes the Peak feel large in comparison, too, yet it's still a comfortable size for everyday use.
