LED incans capable of 100 lumens is worth to buy rather than TL-3 200 lumens ?

LEDs are more expensive than xenon fires with much higher lumens!

Help me about this...

What exactly are you asking? It's relatively cheap to buy or build an incand capable of over 100 lumens but to get an LED over 100 lumens is certainly going to be more expensive... but of course the LED doesn't burn out in regular use.
