Didn't you used to have that Task Force running direct? How does this compare? Is it significantly less bright, or just a bit less bright, but with better runtime? Is the switch 100% solid?

But you know... that sure is a nice looking Inova.

it's a tiny tiny bit less bright... but with better runtime and solid brightness till the batteries drop below the led Vf.

Very sorry nemul but I'm going to have to pass on the Inova, didn't realize that the LED's were that much overdriven and although I love superbright wow lights, was looking for something with a long runtime (like the standard Inova X5)

Is that the CC sterile version of the Inova? What is a Nichia CS and how much are they overdriven? Hope you had a good Thanksgiving.

their 100mA to each one, but the Nichia's can take it! lol
This is a "WOW" light (the brightest X5 in the world )
(nichia is one of the best LED makers)

$65 for the CS-modded Inova? I can't believe this thing is still here...

I think I originally paid $45 for that light and it had the relatively pathetic stock beam!
