Looking for a good output/price ratio

Hi all,
I would like to get a quite powerful led flashlight, something around 85 lumen or similar. I would then carrry a Fenix and this one as a good combo for different situations.
But I can't spend a lot of money, is the Inova X3 the best option? What would you recommend me?

85 lumen is subjective.

However if you want a light that throws well for the money, I would suggest the Streamlight Pro Poly 4AA Lux.

The xo3 is very bright for the price plus you can purchase the AA configuration. But some complains that it does not produce exactly 80 lumens. Surefire 5 watters will produce that much light but 3 times the cost. LED beam might be worth considering if you don't care about size.
