In the L1P box, 2 o-rings and a rubber tailcap is included.

Abt the seals, when do you know you have to change them? Whats the operational lifespan of their o-rings?

I notice there's grease around the threads of the tailcap. What sort of grease needs to be applied here?

Thanks.

Well, if the o-ring gets brittle, breaks, or is flaking apart, then you replace the o-ring. The Switch boot, same thing, if it tears/cracks/breaks, you've got a spare.

Mine didn't have any "grease" on the tail cap. I put some silicone grease on the o-ring of the tail cap because it was dry. This will prolong the life of the o-ring. Just a little was all I needed. Screws on a lot easier now.
