LED Night Light Help

Hello, a few weeks back I was shopping many different light dealers online and one of them had some off brand night lights that were pretty cheap and came in several different styles with a clear snowflake style, lighthouse and was available in red, blue, amber and green but damn if I can't remember who had them.

Can anyone point me in the direction I need to go?

I picked up some at Walmart Canada.
Try Walmart or Kmart.
You save on shipping and handling if you get them from a local discount store.

Looks impressive in the store but not impressed when I get home.
LED is buried into the case, only a little light comes out, not enough to prevent me from tripping over the furniture.
The light sits too close to the wall. The sailboat or snowflake or whatever does not projeect onto the wall well.
The sailboat or whatever is clear plastic and does not glow.
The LED dims in 6 months, close to dead in a year. Do not believe that 100,000 hour nonsense! Low power LEDs in clock radios will last 10 years. High power white LEDs won't.

There is a frosted tube above the LED which redirects the light into the room. I got mine from Walmart Canada.

Or get multi-LED models The ones here shoot the light the light into the room.

FEIT Electric now has a rather good LED night light which is marketed locally by Menards. This unit has an interesting light pipe and reflector construction which gives it better than usual light distribution and goodly amount of light as well. The name on the label is "Eternalite LED night light". It comes from China and sells locally for $3.95. I have seen a couple of earlier iterations under other labels which had issues but this one is very good. It is now my standard night light and I have four. Highly recommended.
