    Need driver idea for P7 with approximately 6V input

    I am upgrading a Maglite rechargeable to a SSC P7 c-bin. I am looking for a single mode driver that I can use with the factory rechargeable battery pack. Pack is rated as 6v, but I'm sure when fully charged it will be higher. Any thought would be welcomed. THANKS!

    But from what I'm gathering, it's a dvd reader, cdburner combo drive, not a dvd burner.

    won't be STRONG as a DVD burner laser, as even though it as a dvd reader, the writing laser is still cdrw. Sorry :awman:
