    ATV Lighting

DP425, I am working through the exact same problem. I have a new '14 Polaris 570 and wasn't happy with the stock light output. I splurged and got the Polaris LED Upgrade kit for the headlights and have been very happy with the results. The lights are much brighter and now the low beams no longer...

What did you use your flashlight for today?

lol The exact reason I checked. Once you have one there, you kind of never forget to ever look again. Plus you find out who your friends are.....

How do you carry your EDC?

Cilpped in my left pocket when I am not at work, in a holster on my reaction side on my gunbelt when I am at work. Plus other lights in various backpacks, vehicles, ect...so theres always more then one within an arms reach.

    Please be careful

Very glad everything worked out in your favor. Eye injuries are no joke. Maybe it willhelp someone; I tend to fog up regular safety glasses very easily. So I wearthese whenever I have a concern about flying chips or debris...

What did you use your flashlight for today?

Here's one I doubt is anywhere in this thread: Brought myMaratac AAA Cu in the shower with me to check for ticks. I am away from homewith work and although I have my own room, there is a community shower (withprivate stalls). I had spent all day outside in the woods and must have pickeda dozen...

    What's your car EDC?

Two beat up Mags. One 2D with a Niteize Drop in so it will run forever and one latest gen 2D for brightness. I've used them to hammer on things, chock wheels when changing tires, used them as a prying tool and my favorite application: as an impromptu jack stand for my car trailer lol.

    Maglite aaa led problems?

I am having a similar problem with my LED Solitare. Its ridden faithfully in my pocket since they first came out. Now it flickers when I turn it on. Ive swapped out for fresh batts, cleaned the contacts several times, lubed it, cleaned the case out...not sure what else to do. It sometimes fixes...

    ASP Lights

From the title of this thread I was hoping the topic would be about this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0010KOZXW/?tag=cpf0b6-20. I carry a baton every day and saw these lights as more of a novelty then an actual tool, but I have never had my hands on one. I was curious if anyon eactually carries...

    Favorite red light

I'm sure I will catch some crap for this: but my favorite red light is an Inova Microlight: I use mine at night at work when I am out on the water. I turn out all lights in the cabin, even going so far as taping over indicators and back-lights on LCD screens. The small light fits anywhere, clips...

    New to me 1996 camry

I've used those "headlight restoration kits" with pretty darn good luck. I think the last one I picked up was under $10. Im sure you could get good results with a tube of fine polishing compound as well.

    CSG Maglite Flashlight Gun

I agree. Especially when you are using is as a flashlight. I don't think I would want to depend on a simple cotter pin to act as my safety
