    Well-regulated and small AA

Have you considered the RRT01 (2020)? It's a natural replacement for V11R. With the 2 extensions you can fit CR123/16340, AA/14500, 18650. I too wish these came with a voltage indicator. One can dream.

What's your favorite UI design on flashlights?

I prefer an e-switch to a clicky because it's faster and quieter. I prefer infinitely variable rotary, so I don't have to remember the mode sequences or worry about mode memory. Single e-switch with Narsil/Anduril is also OK and I have a few of those, but I still prefer rotary -- it's faster to...

    BLF/TLF FW3A - now available

I think if it turns on, then it's good. I have a few protected batteries that don't work in it.

Help finding someone to mod Surefire Minimus and Saint Minimus

Re: Help finding someone to mod Surefire Headlamps If you're not particularly attached to the very expensive and not very bright Minimus, there are other small headlamps with variable output available. Imalent HR20 (18650/2xCR123) has a turning knob, and Thrunite TH20 and Acebeam H40 (AA and...

Acebeam new arrival ---H40 AA size infinitely brightness headlamp

I have a question about this product -- does Acebeam use the exact same reflector in both, the XP-L and the SST-20 versions? The XP-L lamp ~3.4mm, but SST-20 is much smaller ~2mm. I believe that using a reflector designed for XP-L would produce a donut hole pattern when used with SST-20. Could...

Any chance for an 18500 or 18650 tube?

Not to beat a dead horse, but... the "MDC 18650 to E-Series Body" ($95 for aluminum) comes with a little converter/extender -- E-series thread for the head, slightly bigger thread on the other side for an 18650 body.

Sold/Expired WTB: SUNWAYMAN V11R HIGH CRI

Sorry, I use mine every night and the best I can do is let you enjoy my avatar and inform you that the warm is 3000-3500K (I believe it's XM-L T4 7B) and according to my records only 50 were made. If mine ever dies, I'll just get a mod. If the XML size is the problem, you can get the reflector...

Looking for a clip for TCR10/20

Hello CPF! I've been away for a while, but I've got someone else hooked on flashlights and need some help. Where can I find an original or a custom clip for TCR10/20? Should I post in WTB? I did some searching and saw an old thread with a Jeff Hanko customized TCRs and clip. Is Jeff still...
