    Thanks for your responses, dudes. I will give HDS one more solid go, when I get mine back, I'm going to put it through the ringer and hope that it doesn't fail again. The worst thing would be for it to fail when it's the only light I have on me.

    Thanks! Mine is a Tactical 120 model. I really love the throw of these Osram LEDs, I haven't set the light down the whole day, the light is just amazing to hold. I don't think I'll ever go back to head-twisting UIs.
