    Made a mistake buying a 365nm UV light.

    Did you go for the Convoy S2+ with Nichia UV? That thing is a freaking beast and illuminates all sorts of stuff that I had not previously imagined would be around, well, everywhere.

    Olight s30r II dark spot

    The only TIR ones I know of from Olight are the S1 and S2. The one in question is just a good (sorta) 'ole smooth reflector. Oops, just realized I listed my S30 Ti as a rechargeable and it's not.

    Is it in the center hot spot? If so, that'd be a donut. Every one of my Olight Baton's have a donut. S30R Ti, S15R, S10R II; every one.

    To my eyes, and judging from my BLF A6 in 3D tint (5000K), that's the lowest I'd want to go. I'd much prefer something more around 5200 - 5500. I have a Nitecore EX11.2 that's perfection in tint, though I don't know the exact range.

    LiPo capacity vs. discharge rate

    One of the more popular cells, the Panasonic NRC18650B, has documented discharge characteristics up to 2C. http://industrial.panasonic.com/lecs/www-data/pdf2/ACA4000/ACA4000CE417.pdf Look for LG MJ1, LG HG2, LG HE4, Samsung 30Q. All of those have fairly high discharge ratings.

    I haven't searched for any, but the shipping was fairly quick. Ordered 12/13 and delivered 12/30. With the Christmas holiday in there, I'd say that was a very good delivery time frame.
