Need 7.1 Decoder for PC speakers

Hi. I have 7 70watt speakers from a PC sound system that I want to use. The sub is overkill so I don't want it & the audio pod doesn't work anyway. Just looking for a Decoder unit that I can use with my sound card. Maybe I can upmix with a 5.1 Decoder? The DDTS-100 is the ideal one, but they...

    12 Volt Spot Light

OP, I went home made & used a cheap 35watt HID ballast & bulb kit & put it in a small N30 sized light that runs off the cig lighter. 3 amps is nothing. After going HID, you never look back at power hungry awful colour temp Halogen lamps. Going HID is a bit more pricey, but worth it in the long...

2600 Lumens HID in under 8"

No way in hell this cute little light can make 2800feet. look at its puny reflector lol."capable of lighting up your target over 2800 feet away!" this can mean many things, like hitting a reflective car, sign etc. its clearly not "throw" as defined with genuine throw lights.

PC Games have gone down the drain, Ive lost all interest. I haven't been blown away since HL2. I want that feeling again.:( Occasionally i play some old classic emulated games with a 360 controller. was recently playing 007 golden eye on 64. looks ridiculously sharp & clear on large screen.

Best spotlight with an H3 bulb type.

h3 is really not for throw, mine has as much spot as i can get & it also has a massive corona. h7 bulb in a bigger reflector like 8-9" is what you need for throw. the RT500 is very hard to fit a ballast & small battery in. Need a Lithium battery, sla just wont fit. i think rt500 is Australian...

Best spotlight with an H3 bulb type.

I found H3 only produces a good beam pattern in smaller ~4" reflector. With a reasonable amount of depth like my arlec RT500. Some shallow reflectors can cause the bulb to hit up against the lens but does no damage. Experiment with washers to get the spacing right for a good beam pattern...

    Helicopter Searchlight Anyone?

Having seen this kind of light on a Police chopper from just a 100-200M away shining in broad flood on distance trees, it is truly insane. Bright clean white. Completely dwafed my 20K lumen incan light. And the beam on focus is very visible in the sky.

    HID flashlight VS car headlight

good pics, all my standard HID's destroy every car I have compared to. And its so funny looking at older car headlights with grime covering the lamp. I Say "how the hell can you see comfortable at night??"
