Flashaholic Getogether in Singapore! part 2

Go to http://www.map.gov.sg/StreetMap/ and key in Neo Tiew Road. If I remember correctly it should be either along Jalan Gemala 2 or 3 off Neo Tiew Road. Both roads are blocked off by barricades and only accessible by foot although you may be able to park your vehicle at the barricade. You have...

Flashaholic Getogether in Singapore! part 2

Oh for our night walk we went under a few barricades across small side roads & ventured further in off the beaten track as well to get to where the fire-flies were frolicking.

Flashaholic Getogether in Singapore! part 2

The walk was great with a turnout of around 40 persons. There were 2 green lasers (one used to be mine  ), my 200mw DX red laser (bought from Crenshaw :D ) and various assorted incan & LED lights. We got to see a tiny snake, some nocturnal birds, frogs, toads, and FIRE-FLIES! :thumbsup...

    TiGlow Encapsulation

Nice work & very detailed process description. I used a slightly different method with scotchtape to seal the holes row by row before filling them with Norland61 & curing them with a UV LED torch which was a very slow, tedious & messy procedure, resulting in tiny bubbles too. Took me...

Here's a photo of a smaller Ti glowring I have iwhich I filled up the holes with Norland 61 using scotchtape to mask some time ago. It took ages, was a bit messy as there were bubbles and I had to them do row by row. :green:
