    The main issue will be heat, the design must be tested to see how long it can stay on level 5 output before the protection kicks in, and level 4 of 300 lumen won't reduce heat much either I suppose.

    The concept is to build a universal charger, but until they convince manufacturers to built a powercube receiver into all their batteries (phone battery, CR123, AA, AAA, etc) instead of having to use an adaptor, this thing is pretty useless.
