    AAAA Light?

This Klarus 1xAAAA is included in my rotation of EDC lights and I must say that it is really unobtrusive as it can be seen in this pic (first on the left):

New Product - NITECORE T4K 4000 Lumen Rechargeable Keychain Light

Incredibly powerful for the size! Contrary to the smaller ones it fits well in the hand but it is hardly a keychain light also because of the weight.

Surefire U2 What Happened & Wishful Thinking

Re: Surefire U2 What Happened & Wishful Thinking Mine is still there, first row among the favourites. I never use it nowadays but the cells are in and it is ready to go. I remember too when I bought it some 15 years ago how exciting it was, a real step forward into the future. :grin2:

Charging batteries in the device or using external battery charger, which is better?

I'm old school too but a bit lazy so when available I tend to use internal. :grin2:

New Product Announcement: NITECORE Tip SE Rechargeable Keychain EDC Flashlight

This light has indeed a very good output although the tint is warmish while I prefer a cooler white. The solution to accidental switching on is to keep the light in 'demo mode' in which if it becomes switched on it will stay on just for 30 seconds and then go off by itself.

New Product Announcement: NITECORE TUP 1000 Lumen USB Rechargeable Flashlight

It is also quite easy to switch it off accidentally when you lay it down on a table then pick it up.
