    I cut the head off a screw and superglued it to the removal cap, now I can get the cap off while still in the holder, with even a butter knife, etc. I purchased it for my wife and it is impossible for her to remove it from the holder let alone get it back in.

    Scotch tape is the only thing I found that works - it works really well and lasts a long time I have a Titanium Inovations T1 which I should have sent back and did not use for years until the scotch tape - now it is EDC

    Thanks - I have one acting up - it seems to need a good hit to stay on the highest level about every 3rd use - so it will probably come to taking it apart - It has served me well for about 6 years - daily use - Have a great New Year

    Problem with new Zebralight SC600 MKII L2. Won't turn on in low sometimes.

    My light switch has been acting up and I just took a toothpick and cleaned the gunk out from under the rubber cover - all is well now - simple fix but some may miss it - the switch was not going down as far as it should have!
