I saw that light some time ago, fresnel lens and a adjustable focus, i dont really think they reinvented the primary diving light here... in fact, the square beam looks pretty awkward in watter- MAD23

Those locks have a "locking" handle, so that if you need to open the latch you have to press the handle and then open the latch, it is extremely complicated to the laches to open by accident, in fact all of the big manufacturers use them with the exact same configuration, 1 o-ring in the lid...- MAD23

Mine's ticks all of your points in the 3 mode version, with full power and 3400mAh batteries you wouldnt get the 4 hours runtime, but you can select any of the other modes, in low you should have at least 6 hours runtime...- MAD23
