Why Do I Love My Surefire 6P?
I've had my 6P for many years. It was my EDC for most of them. I still keep it by the bed just "in case". The thing just can not be hurt. I even dropped it in the radiator fan of an old pickup that I was working on and I heard it bounce around between the ducting, the radiator,and the fan before...- Mark-60

The SureFire P2X-B "Fury" 500lu flashlight thread
Holy mother this is a bright light! It puts my LX2 to shame. I'll still daily carry the LX2 because the fury is just too bright for indoor use. It's perfect for walking the dag though.- Mark-60

The SureFire P2X-B "Fury" 500lu flashlight thread
I just got my Tactical Fury. I got it for a light I could use while walking my dog. I think this may be the perfect light for that purpose. Plenty bright and compact. Looking forward to test driving it when I get home from work.- Mark-60

Strobe mode - WHY?
I like the slow beacon type strobe on the TK-40. Very bright, about once a second or so. I can see that being very helpful if I'm im trying to signal for help. the other strobe modes, well, I just don't use 'em.- Mark-60

TK40 fixed after a year of not working!
Re: Fenix TK40 Switch: How does it work? Well Holy Heckmonsters! My TK40 has been sitting for over a year because it just stopped working one day. I couldn't figure it out. Read this thread and scurried away to check it out. Sure enough, it was loose. I gave it a few twists and BAM! Works...- Mark-60

What's the best EDC flashlight in 2012 and why?
After years of carrying my 6P, I have been going with my LX2 for about 6 months now. I like it alot. But that's just me and I don't pretend to know what's best for someone else. I just ordered an M6LT and will probably carry that everyday while I walk the dog. (I walk him at about 02:00...- Mark-60

I just received a Malkoff MD10...
I've got the MD10 in my M3 and it's almost identical to my LX2 in brightness and beam shape. I'll try do do some beam shots soon. -Mark. -

What 3 lights do you like/use the most?
As of today... Surefire LX2. goes everywhere with me when not at home Fenix LD15 (single AA) goes everwhere with me when not at home Zebralight H51fw goes everywhere with me while at home. I'm really liking this light a lot.- Mark-60
