    Alternative to 12v alkaline

    An A23 is made of 7-8 LR932 cells - there is no exact lithium equivalent. If you were REALLY motivated to convert it to lithium power you could try 4 x CR927's and perhaps a small spacer to make up the extra space. Or you could just buy a GTL Glo Toob which is made to use a CR123A.

    There's only a handful of companies making this type of item and I couldn't find a 4-series stick like that in any of their catalogs. You'll probably want to use 2 of the units that you pictured above for the prototyping stage. If you were really motivated you might be able to modify them...

    SHOT Show 2011 Discussion Thread

    Basically it looks like we just email an invitation with a link to a special landing page on the SHOT website but you still need to register. I am not sure how that affects entry criteria and we're waiting for a callback on that question.
