Hi all,
Looking to sell the following NEW-IN-BOX light:
Zebralight S6330 Asking USD$*** FIRM
This ZL never had an OEM holster BUT this light will INCLUDE a Delorme holster (GPS) which can be seen here and is an excellent fit...
I have already decided to scrap that cell. In fact all 3 will have to be disposed of. I am not going to take any chances. That being said, I don't understand how this could happen while in storage, especially the one reading 0.0v. When it was stored the charge was ~4.0v. How could protection...
Yes, I know storing fully charged isn't good for overall life of the cell. However, storing at 4.0v and finding 3 out of 20 cells at 0 - 2.9v is surprising. Especially when the others are all 3.7-3.8v. How does a cell show 0.0v? Could the protection circuit have been tripped while in storage???
Hi all
I am hoping I can get some feedback on a couple issues I have with Eagletac 3400mah batteries:
Some background:
- Batteries are new and part of a larger batch
- Only used 1-2 times
- checked voltage before/after use and charge
- charged using a VP1
- stored in a Pelican case
This...
Great review, as always.
Here is another vote cast for neutral white/MT-G2 emitters.
Also, I am not sure if it's just me, but getting into/out of Turbo on the MM15 is cumbersome. I hope they change that part of the UI.
Re: Coleman - UPDATE
Great story Brian. Funny thing is, I saw this thread and read it from the start at which point I began to look for the lantern (not realizing this thread was 10+ years old!).
Would have looked to have bought one of these ... :)
Have wondered what you could do with a JB SRA40 or JB DDR30...
My REAL wish (I know saying so in an LED favored environment may be sacrilegious) is for you to tinker with a HID FF4. I know I asked nearly a year ago and you were not interested, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
I had a TN31 (not modded) and got rid of it. Was not compact enough for me. I know it out throws the K40 by a bit, but I don't mind sacrificing that small bit of throw for the much more compact K40.
Re: WTS: K40vn
I have 30+ flashlights with an average cost over $150 and the K40vn is my favorite LED flashlight.
I have had it for 8+ months and my jaw drops EVERY SINGLE TIME I put it through its paces.
Thank you so much for sharing your craft talent and know-how Vinh! Worth every single...
Great review; thanks.
Amazing little light. Hopefully it will come with a holster.
Lockout would also be great.
By the way, it is a shame they didn't employ a series/parallel battery arrangement so that you could run just one LED on 2 batteries say in an emergency (similar to S6330...
