    New Inova T1 review (pics)

Thanks for helping out, guys! MichaelW: WB sounds like a bin code, but what is MP? Tekguy: is that a positive ID or a qualified guess?

    New Inova T1 review (pics)

Is there anyway of telling which version I got from this picture?

    New Inova T1 review (pics)

Go figure... mine was every bit as good - floody and warm - while it lasted. When I popped in the third set of batteries, it lit up and then went very dim. The replacement I just got from Inova has the bluest tint I've seen in a flashlight and seems half as bright.

Fenix TK10 vs. Surefire C2/M2 - which is the better light?

They're both overpriced, no doubt about it. Sure, the Fenix has newer LEDs and they used a lot of metal in the TK10 to give it some heft. Well done in many respects. But having the batteries push directly against a PCB is simply something you you'd never ever get past the first design review...

    Z48 or Z58?

Thanks a lot for your thoughts on this subject, guys. And your pictures were just what the doctor ordered, Fusion_m08 - much appreciated! I still haven't made my mind up though. I don't use my C2 with a handgun but still find myself using the cigar grip a lot. The C2 simply lends itself well for...

    Z48 or Z58?

I'm getting a new switch for my SF C2. I'd welcome any thoughts and experiences. Also, if someone has pictures of the C2 with either of these tailcaps, I'd be very grateful if you could post a pic. Aesthetics isn't my primary concern but... hey, we're all flashoholics here and he or she of us...

Outdoor Shootout (100',300') - Sniper, Olight T10/20, C2, NitCore, DBS, Tiablo, more.

Brilliant pictures and a very nice sample of lights. I'm a LED man all the way, but this clearly shows how superior incans still are in one respect. Thanks a lot for your work! Very useful and much appreciated.

    * P60 Flashlight List {host}

Hmm.... As much as I like Wolf-eyes, I'd remove them from this list. Their drop-ins will fit just fine in most lights intended for P60s (with the extra spring). However, you couldn't possibly fit, for example, one of Dereelight's drop-ins in a Sniper.

New light kits for select SureFire lights!!!

I think 5 levels is more than enough. Make it three levels (one of which really low for reading), Type III anodizing, drop the strobe and get rid of all sharp edges, and I'm in for one. (Oh yeah, I'm most likely in for one anyway ;-P )

P60 Drop-Ins: The Wave of the Future?

Since this is the LED forum, I thought I'd point out that while Wolf Eyes' LED modules fit in most P60 hosts (with the additional outer spring), the opposite isn't true. For example, you can't put a Dereelight LED module in the 6A. It'll fit the SFs (6P, C2 and so on) just fine though.

    Dereelight bashing :)

My experiences pretty much match those of StandardBattery. I got a CL1H v2 and it's a nice light with good machining and nice anodizing. But looking at engineering and reliability, it's surely not a Surefire. A good bit behind Wolf Eyes too. Electrically, it's mediocre. The current flows...
