Interesting thread. I'd stock up on more valuable things - look at stuff that is valuable in 3rd world countries: condoms, food items, fuel, etc. If the SHTF, gas is worth more than gold. IMHO.
I never had any - all my lights have a specific use or home. Even my TK41 is used daily and I just took my SF M6 on a camping trip - yes I dropped it and yes it got scratched. No biggie.
My TK41 with Energizers 2300s in it. People were astonished that is would light up the camps on the other side of the lake. I ran it on low until needed - dang this light can throw!
Interesting. I do not trust cloud based storage, especially if I can not have a local copy - no Internet, no data. Also, I do not trust my data on someone else's machine - who has access to it?
