    just look around and found photo freedom have signaling and many stage of dimming... question is will it handle the current of LS3 power with 3AA, 3C or 17670 ? if so it will be a very cool driver to mod a LS

    Canon except battery run faster and weak flash (it may solve by pick up the A-series it use AA and a bit stronger flash).. my IXUS 400 has very good picture quality

    lastnight try run the SL TT 3D bulb in vectra IQ for over 30mins.. no damage.. open it up, even the reflector feels very hot for hand but it still didn't melt

    how to change the bulb of X995 ?

    unlucky, the X995 bulb seems goes off or didn't light up for some reason. How to open it and change the bulb? the head won't turns, only possiblity I guess was an omega ring at the end of battery tube.. does remove it the whole set of ballast, bulb came down?

    I have try my Vectra IQ with SL TT 3c bulb.. I got current around 1.1A and 3.66V with 4 alkline.. nimh still charging... for me it is already bright enough! 1 more thing at mid brightness level it draw 0.7A still brighter and whiter than the stock bulb Thanks Phaserburn
