    eagletac D25LC2 xp-g2 emitter with factory 2 amp mod. may still be available at one of the online retailers. it may be a little more than your budget but it is a very compact pocketable light & will accept the oversized 18650 cells. user interface is very nice.

    ditto. i noticed dimmer output in my G2D & ditched the aw protected 17670 1600 mAh's as a waste of money. i have been using 2x aw protected 16340 in my G2D & it works fine with fully charged 16340's. oth, i have no dimming issues using 3400 mAh 18650's in bored 2 cell SF's.
