    Slovenia. I will take a look at the headlights. Just recently bought the car so I can't really judge if the brightness has degraded; considering the (long) lifespan of xenon it is possible the bulbs are as old as the car, which probably means they aren't nearly as bright as they should be? Osram...

    Hi, First a general question, why not have a sticky with a recommended bulbs for various type; H7, H3,...? Second, I am looking for a bulb recommendation 9011 HIR1 (HB3, high-beam application) and D2S (low-beam). I live in EU, so my options are a bit more limited then in US. Thanks :)

    Looks like they "downgraded" the headlights with facelift or they make a different headlight for european market. My 2000 legacy has H7 for low beams and H1 for high, considering the H7 higher lumen output at least in theory it should be a better. On the other hand my 2003 impreza has H1 for low...

    Excelent, I ordered the osram H7+ from candle power. They should make a difference :) I am a bit dissapointed regarding nothing better than Nightbreaker/xtreme vision being available for H1 :(

    Thanks for answers. Cars are Subaru impreza 2003 and legacy 2000. I am using Night breaker plus in both, but there is really no comparison between HIR (impreza has HB3 bulbs for high beams, which is a bit unfortunate) and +90/+100 halogen lamps, hence the question - I would prefer HIR-like...

    Hi all, afaik there is no HIR H1 lamp, so what do you recommend? I need them for low beams, I use HIR1 for high beam and I must say I am impressed.
