Not to be hijacking a thread or credit. No offense Moddoo :D but i'm in the latter design stages and am currently getting bids from several short run machinists. So far i've got a simple rendering :

- Zero space in between module and outer cooling fins using coolants.

Hallo...
regardless of the application of use, the free defraggers aren't much better than the defrag utility that comes with windows. If you would like more control over how your files are layed out on your hard drive, check out programs like ultimate defrag or O&O defrag. O&O server edition...
Heh. Fenix is going retro on us. It looks like something that Captain Kirk would give to Uhura (with diffuser of course) for a Star Trek Christmas Special :D
I'm seeing future improvements... maybe a remote control, digital altimeter/barometer/compass/gps, stun gun, and FRS radio :D

Just want to make sure this gets the attention it deserves... and i ferverishly check this thread every day for updates.
Heh, the gimbaled idea is novel. but not too practical for a headlamp application. Vertical adjustment coveres the field of vision based on throw distance while horizontal adjustement would defeat the purpose of having the light thrown where looking. The ball/socket/gimbal idea would be a large...

- Very floody with SINGLE faint...
