    Thank you very much @Gauss163 I have another 7" table fan that keeps cell cool during charging and discharging process. Another perspective on keeping extracted cells is what if a cell is rated for say 2600mah and it's capacity tests out to 1500mah or 2200mah, what's the take in it?
