    Not sure I understand what you mean here. It's been indicated that the genuine cells are around 3.6-3.7v, so that would be lower than 3.9v.

    I also haven't had any problems with 4D Ni-MH with this setup. The heatsinking actually doesn't need to be that much, a small slug of aluminum on the 7135 chips will do, one side can go to the body, the other side can just be in free air (w/slug).

    Hi Mac, I'm assuming the GJ is off the kit bin labeling? It looks like it's equivalent to the WJ Flux bin, the binning and labeling sheet is a bit confusing, because it lists both. Do you also have the exact chromacity bin code for these?
