    As someone who has owned a EDC Basic and EDC Ultimate lights I can assure you the parts do not enter change. I also own the Ra Clicky and Twisty and they have a different body. The same body as the current lights but different thread. Yes the the discontuned lights are all legacy lights.

    EDC parts only fit those lights. When he sold his business to Novatac all the spair parts went with the sale. I have had a EDC U60 in for repair and he didn't have any parts for the repair. So I was offered a credit toward a new light. Witch is why I will always be a HDS customer.

    These lights the EDC series are before the Legacy lights and parts are not enter changeable. The bezels from the Novatac lights are the same.

    I wear my Arc AAA-Ti on a ss ball chain I bought from Lighthound. Standard 30" length.

    It is a tossup between mt HDS 200T and Macs custom SST50 in Brass.

    This is why I carry I ZL SC80. It will use any type AA or 123 battery.

    Smooth reflector. Beam shape like the Pd31 only no rings. A well Defined hot spot and smooth corona. Nice and white on all levels.

    I just returned a Quark 123^2 because of the green tint. I have I EDC a Quark AA^1 that is pure white on all levels. The replacement for the 123^2 is a Pd32 that came today. Nice and white.

    Let's see this year. Quark 1^AA, ZL80, Fenix Pd31 & 32, Jetbeam Pa40 & lastly a Macs EDC SST-50. Yea that's it. Um yea $0.00 for at least first 3 quarters of 2012. :-( Jeff
