Personally I think a USB fan and a power bank is probably a good solution as a fan that puts out a lot of air could eat up batteries fast and having to swap batteries in/out of a fan and then deal with charging them in a charger or having to plug the fan into power and charge the batteries inside it having a few power banks would make for an easy swap of power the only negatives about it is having a cable and not being able to easily attach it to the ceiting of a tent etc.
