Struggling to find a good 1S 18650 pack discharger. Will be used with 1S4P 18650 and 1S8P 18650 packs.

Requirements:
1) Be capable of discharging packs down to 3.2v but ideally 3.0v.
2) Discharge at 2A or more
3) Discharge these large capacity packs in a single run (iMaxx dischargers time out after several hours)
4) Show discharged capacities

Any other items are superfluous and cost function is paramount to cost.

Where most ISDT and HOTA chargers seem to fail when I've tried them is they either don't allow discharge down to the voltages above or 2 don't reliably display the capacities of the packs.

Any help is greatly greatly appreciated.

Junsi iCharger - e.g. the X6. Up to 30W or 7.0A discharge current would be possible.
Or the old models: 106B, 206B (20W 4.7A), or 306B (80W 19.0A)

And if you really often want to discharge with a high current, you can use an external load resistor to significantly increase the discharge capacity of the charger and thus strong reduce the thermal load on the charger itself.
However, the load resistance must then be adjusted precisely for the desired discharge current.

How this works in principle can be seen in this video using a 2s battery as an example:
