Techjunkie, does the bezel extension tube work for this case?

Sorry, I missed that reply. I'm not sure what you mean by bezel extension tube. If that's something that goes between the head and original bezel, that would be fine with me, as long as the new piece holds the lens against the head where the original bezel holds it. (I would not want it to elevate the lens because then there would be no change in how much it sticks out from the bezel).

Techjunkie, exactly what you said. How high should it extend to cover the aspheric lens from stock bezel? 15mm, 20mm or 25mm?

I think I remember hearing that the KD lens is 37mm deep. Experimenting with some PVC tubing, I discovered that you need to extend quite a bit beyond the top of the lens to eliminate the corona produced by that lens, so I'd say that the extension piece should extend the stock bezel by 40mm.

I got my 3 SS bezels today. These are the best bezels ever! Nice and beefy, solid construction. They fit perfect and look cool to boot. They also give my modified Mags a more balanced feel due to the extra weight. Thanks for a great product!

As Techjunkie is requesting I would also be interested in a few of these extended bezels also as long as the outside diameter is close to the stock bezel's. There are other bezels they have been made for these lenses that do protect the lens, but they are larger than the stock head diameter and they break up the smooth lines of the Mag head IMO.

The extended bezel tube will be made of aluminium.
And it still need the bezel to complete the light.
Tube size will be the same as stock bezel.
But it will take a while till it happens.
