With the Osram Diadem PY21W no longer available are there any PY21W bulbs on the market that don't loose their coating? I just want my turn signals to stay orange :(

Not exactly a brand that inspires confidence per past word on this board but I believe you are looking for a 7507NA bulb of which Eiko pops up, (cheapest through Walmart)…

You could consider either the Philips Silvervison PY21W or Osram Diadem Chrome PY21W.

Are any of the natural amber lamps actually still made with colored glass? The earliest ones coated without cadmium were terrible, particularly the Philips. All Volvos from the early 2000s eventually had uncolored turn signal lamps.

Good question. I haven't looked for a replacement NA bulb in years as we no longer have a car that has them as signal bulbs (since 2018 when it was traded in).

I believe those fancy silver colored but blink amber bulbs were frowned upon by the moderators here (prior to their departure) as poor performing.
