Are offroad LED driving lights really that hard to build?

Returning to the OP's original objective, perhaps an affordable solution would be to pair the housings mentioned above by chachung with a constant current drop-in module like this, assuming that a thermal bridge could be established between the module and the housing. I think a lower output off the shelf option is LINK REMOVED.

Get rid of the hot links...they are not allowed here.

IE: You can mention the link, but type "Dot Com" etc, so its not a hot link.
