I am quite new to high power Led segment. I have been using the WS2812 but now I need more power
I have no real experience with higher powered Led and the electronics which come with them… So I was hoping to get some advice and some questions answered. The light I want to build should have maximum output and should be more of a Flooding light type. So I started searching the internet and found the Cree Xml U2 and this Cob led. First question: Is a cob led not as efficient as the Xml U2?
The biggest problem I am facing is the Led driver! At some point I noticed the Mean Well LDD-1200L but I am not really convinced. Are there schematics for efficient drivers?
I would be very happy for any advice and/or suggestions!
