Building ultra high CRI floodlights using 50W or 100W COB's

Hello. I want to build ultra high CRI LED lamps but have trouble finding ready and easier to build lamps for artistic work. I discovered on Aliexpress very rare type LED's that actually use 405nm emmiterr or more phosphors to ensure full visible spectrum coverage at better price. Problem is even seller can't recommend ready lamps. Are there any ready with frame, cooler, fitting driver and preferably lens to change zoom angle so I would need just to resolder COB? Is there way to make sure it's really genuine spectrum of LED and not some popular cheap blue emmiter/few phosphor LED?

You should clarify some points so somebody can help you, because its very general description. Your link doesnt show anything so special. Yes CRI90 is fine but nothing extraordinary. What light output do you need? Should the lamp cool down statically? Do you need handheld ot tripod mounted light? Powered from batteries or from mains? What beamshape angle (FWHM)? Do you really need zooming ability? That last one point is IMO difficult to achieve with COB.

Only now noticed seller specifying 90 CRI what is low for advanced technology. Lamp should have adquate cooling for LED to last long. It needs to be mounted on tripod but single screw attachement should be good. Mains of course. Angle - flexible and ability to adjust is ideal.

Keep in mind these days CRI 90 is commodity stuff. Even CRI 95 isn't that hard to get. If you're going for "ultra-high CRI" then CRI 98 or above is where it starts to get rarified.
