Can you help me finding a spare HID Bulb?

It is from a diving light, specs are 35W, 23KV.
Bulb length: 30mm Base width: 22mm.

That looks like a standard H3 base as far as I can tell. The one thing I know about H3 HID lamps is that they come in two lengths and the arc chamber is not in the same location relative to the lamp base face. I'd look around on Ebay and find a vendor you can communicate with and ask them to measure the location of the arc chamber so you can determine whether you need the short or long lamp. They're different enough that it's easy to tell them apart. Be sure to get the color temp you want. Good time to change if you didn't like it.

Did it blow due to age or an accident?

I don´t have the dive light at my hands, trying to help a friend over the net.
I guess it blew up because of it´s age, it is several years old. I don´t know exactly, how much runtime it has.
